Neil F. Martin, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Martin is the first Washington DC area surgeon to offer all three lens implants to provide near, far and intermediate vision without glasses. Dr. Martin is a specialist in cataract, L.En.S.™ (Lens Enhancement Surgery) and LASIK surgeries. He has performed thousands of refractive procedures including L.En.S., LASIK, PRK, and incisional surgeries. He was one of the first Washington area ophthalmologists to become involved in the care of laser vision correction patients in 1990. He is the only Metropolitan Washington area surgeon certified and using all three presbyopic lens implants - ReSTOR, Rezoom and crystalens.

Dr. Rubinfeld was the first Washington area ophthalmologist to become involved in the care of laser vision correction patients in 1990. Howard Sumner Weiss, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Weiss is a highly skilled glaucoma and cataract surgeon. His colleages consult him regularly for his expertise in surgery and laser treatment; more than 50% of his patients are referred to him by other physicians. Among his patients are other doctors, including other ophthalmologists who perform cataract and glaucoma surgery. He has repeatedly been an invited instructor at cataract surgery courses offered by the American Academy of Ophthalmology for continuing education of practicing ophthalmologists. His expertise with astigmatic and multifocal lens implants has provided improved vision and freedom from eyeglasses for many of his cataract patients.
Dr. Weiss has pioneered two surgical procedures to treat elevated eye pressure: one for implanting a drainage tube to treat advanced glaucoma, and another to reduce eye pressure without entering the eye, so that his patients may have a safer, quicker and more comfortable recovery. His practice encompasses all of general ophthalmology and is complemented by teaching at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Georgetown University, and the Washington Hospital Center and by his involvement with two research studies sponsored by the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health.
